  1. HII SIR WE ALL RESPECT YOUR TANEJA DEVELOPERS & INFRASTRUCTURE TEAM, SIR YOU HAVE BOOKED TOO MANY FLATS IN TDI CITY MOHALI ,KHARAR ROAD.. WE ALL HAD GOT 4-5 YEARS OF BOOKING, BUT STILL THE CONSTRUCTION HAS NOT YET STARTED.
    SIR HOW MANY YEARS SHOUID I WAIT MORE..SIR IT"S TOO MUCH TIME NOW. SIR NOW IT DEPENDS UPON YOU.
    EITHER YOU START THE FLATS ,TDI CITY MOHALI CONSTRUCTION AT FAST SPEED OR YOU PLEASE REFUND THE MONEY WITH INTREST, AS PER YOUR PROMISE IN AGREEMENT WITH 12% PER ANNUM.

    TDI PARKSTREET MALL- SIR YOU HAVEN"T STARTED CONSTRUCTION IN THIS PROJECT ALSO..PLEASE REFUND THE MONEY TO ALL PEOPLES WHO HAD BOOKED THE SHOPS & HAD GONE 3- 4 YEARS....

    AT MANY PROJECTS YOU HAVE BOOKED THE REAL ESTATE FROM PEOPLES MONEY ......BUT STILL THE PROJECT HAS NOT STARTED AT ANY CITY...

  5. Subject: KDI Kundli customer ID. KFL- 12695

    I had booked a flat in your Kundli Project in February 2006 in your project and it had been represented to me that the construction of the project would be complete in 3 years. That accordingly Flat no. V1-0901 was allotted to me. Your officer had specifically assured us to take this Tower/Building as the possession in the same was to be given in a period of 1 ½ years. That subsequently on the advise of your officials the flat applied by Mr. Abhay Kakar was also merged in my flat. That you had assured us that you would hand over the possession within 1 ½ year of the allotment. That however till date even the construction of the said building has not even started. That despite the fact that I had sent a specific intimation to your office about change in my correspondence address you have sent a letter dated 9 sep 2010 to my old address. That vide this letter you have demanded an amount of Rs. 4,27,700/- towards EDC charges. That you in this letter falsely stated that "We wish to inform you that development on the site is in full swing".
    Whereas a visit to the site reveals that the construction on the Tower V1 (and also many other Towers) have not even begun yet. It is pertinent to mention herein that despite the fact that your company was to deliver the possession of the flats in 3 years however till date (after passage of 4 and ½ years) your company has not even stated the construction of the said Building. And despite the same you are mentioning in your letter that construction is in full swing whereas the truth is that is has not even started. That this statement in your letter is complete misrepresentation, misleading and fraudulent.
    That on 23/09/2010 my husband's friend had went to meet your concerned manager Mr. Anirudh Malhotra however despite promising to settle the matter Mr. Malhotra does not take the call (if he picks up the phone he simply says I will call you back and hang's up) and does not even responds to repeated SMS messages. Your officer Mr. Anirudh had assured us that construction would begin on this building latest by 15 October 2010 however when asked to give us the same in writing he had backed away from his assurances.

    I HAVE BOOKED A SHOP IN TDI PARK STEET MALL AND SINCE THE TIME OF ALLOTMENT YOU HAVE STOPPED CONSTRUTION I WOULD LIKE YOU TO REFUND THE FULL AMOUNT OF THE INVESTMENT THAT I HAVE MADE AS ITS BEEN A LONG TIME AND WITH ALL THE DELAYS NOW YOU HAVE STARTED THE CONSTRUCTION IN A SLOW PACE AND ARE ASKING FOR PAYMENT WHEN NOTHING IS CERTIAN WHETHER YOU WOULD CONTINUE THE CONSTRUCTION OR WOULD HALT IT AND THEIR IS NO DEMMAD IN THE THAT AREA NOW.I WOULD LIKE A REFUND.
